The Production Manager leads a team of  3 Supervisors and approx 38 mixer and line operators in this ISO 9000 certified facility.  In this key plant leadership role, s/he will have interaction with divisional business leaders and will continue to develop the processes in manufacturing, quality, planning, procurement and distribution of this $200 million dollar Canadian business.  This facility produces 85 million pounds of liquid cleaning product, including DIN products and is the hub that distributes all products distributed to the Canadian market place.  An immediate challenge will be to develop, mentor and promote Production Supervisors who will become our next quality, distribution, EHS or Production Managers in planned succession. We are looking for change agents to be part of our World Class Organization with the passion to drive the plant leadership team on our journey to World Class Manufacturing.  Successful candidates will provide documented achievements in attaining excellence in safety, quality and productivity.
