The Maintenance Supervisor is an Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineer who leads and develops a team of mechanics to reduce downtime across a three-shift 24/5 chemical manufacturing operation. This is an exciting opportunity to prove your capability and position yourself to relocate for advancement to other roles in Ecolab's North America or Global Engineering teams in plant and corporate roles.

You will develop maintenance schedules to avoid manufacturing downtime and quality issues and will establish performance expectations as you engage a team of 12 mechanical technicians to ensure plant assets are maintained at their designed operating performance using cost-effective, safe and quality-conscious methods. We are looking an Engineer who has demonstrated the rapport and leadership necessary to coach and engage mechanics in the proactive behaviors that reduce downtime.

As Maintenance Supervisor you will participate on Lean Six Sigma teams and gain Green Belt training. In addition to driving maintenance and maintenance planning, you will manage some capital projects and installation of equipment.
