The size of the containers is 1-gallon bottles, 2.5-gallon containers, 5-gallon pails, 15-gallon drums, 30-gallon drums, 55-gallon drums, and 300-gallon totes. In order to perform successfully in this position the operator must know how to operate at least four filling lines (bottle line, oasis line, pail line, and drum line) as well as have an understanding of hose, valve, and pipe connections.<br/><br/><b><br><br><b><b>Main Responsibilities</b>:</b><br><br></b>  <br/><b>·</b>While operating the bottle line the bulk filler will monitor and control the output of the line, including set up and changeover. Setup and run the automated filling machine. Set up and run the automated sleeve labeler, Climb a ladder to wash out the holding tank, dump cases of employ plastic bottle onto the conveyor line, palletize full cases that weigh up to 48 pounds each. <br/><br/><b>·</b>While operating the Oasis line the bulk filler will set up the weight control and configuration (valves and hose connections), initiate a filling sequence by pressing a button. Place a container under the filling spear. Cap the container using an automatic torque wrench. Tape the case using an automatic taping machine and palletize full cases that weigh up to 25 pounds. <br/><br/><b>·</b>While operating the pail line the bulk filler will set up the weight control and piping configuration (valves and hose connections). Place a pail under the filling spear. Cap the pail using an automatic torque wrench and palletize full pails that weigh up to 60 pounds. <br/><br/><b>·</b>While operating the drum line the bulk filler will set up the weight control and piping configuration (vales and hose connections). Place a drum under the filling spear. Initiate a filling sequence by pressing a button. Cap the drum using a manual wrench. Palletize full drums, which weigh up to 600 pounds.
