The Region includes PA,WV,MD,DC and Western NY.<br><br><b><br><br><b><b>Main Responsibilities</b>:</b><br><br></b><br><br>* Accountable for the achievement of the Region sales and expense budget through effective management including training, coaching and providing direction and motivation to Account Executives within your Region.<br><br>* Analyze and develop individual business plans for direct reports to achieve Region goals.<br><br>* Build strong relationships and partner effectively with Corporate Accounts, distributors, our service team and key customers.<br><br>* Establish, grow, and manage new and existing customer relationships, communications and contracting.<br><br>* Integrate, coordinate, and monitor new and existing divisional products, systems and programs with field sales & service teams, focusing on hospitals and the medical community.<br><br>* Identify business needs and opportunities, as well as develop and implement customized solutions for our customers.<br><br>* A company vehicle will be provided as part of your total compensation package.<br><br><b>Basic Qualifications:</b><br/><br><br>* Bachelor's degree required.<br><br>* Proven sales track record with 3-5 years of business to business sales experience.<br><br>* Computer proficiency in MS Office.<br><br>* Healthcare product and industry knowledge.<br><br>* No immigration sponsorship available for this role.<br><br><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br/><br><br>* Healthcare sales and management experience preferred.<br><br>* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br><br>* Excellent organization and follow-up skills.<br><br>* Ability to work independently with self-motivation & drive for results.<br><br>* A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.<br><br><b>Position Requirements:</b><br><br>* Valid driver's license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.<br><br>* Overnight travel required<br><br>* Minimum of 50% travel<br><br>AutoReqId 17673BR]]></description>
