As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be part of a telesales/outbound calling team promoting a specified line of innovative product solutions ranging from patient care to occupational safety and management of infectious & hazardous waste. Microtek Medical, where the solution is you.<br><br>Microtek Medical is looking for an Inside Sales Representative based in the Alpharetta, GA office focused on generating sales growth across the U.S. This is an entry-level sales position with a potential career path to an Outside Sales Representative role based on performance, relocation & business need.<br><br><b><br><br><b><b>Main Responsibilities</b>:</b><br><br></b><br><br>* Aggressively generate new sales through pre-call planning, prospecting and cold calling potential customers via the phone to meet and exceed set goals (daily average of 30-40 outbound sales calls)<br><br>* Conduct sales presentations and product demos via the phone and internet to educate customers on product offerings<br><br>* Send samples to prospective customers for evaluation and discuss outcomes to drive new business (weekly average of 10-20 samples sent/prospective customers)<br><br>* Provide excellent customer service by conducting technical discussions with potential customers to determine needs and solutions based on specified product line<br><br>* Qualify and manage leads by tracking and following up on them<br><br>* Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with sales development plan<br><br>* Utilize reports for analysis and complete business plans/call reports<br><br>* Secure customer relationships through professional demeanor and strong communication/interpersonal skills<br><br>* Partner with Marketing, Distribution and Production to ensure handoffs are successful to achieve customer satisfaction<br><br>* Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing<br><br>Income Package: Base $30,000 plus commissions<br><br><b>Basic Qualifications:</b><br/><br><br>* Bachelor's degree required<br><br>* Minimum of one year customer service experience in retail, restaurant, call center, inside sales or professional business environment<br><br>* No immigration sponsorship available<br><br><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br/><br><br>* Customer relations skills w/the ability to problem-solve & devise customer solutions<br><br>* A desire to succeed in a competitive quota driven sales environment<br><br>* Capable of working individually and as part of a team with minimal supervision<br><br>* Willingness and ability to learn and understand scientific & technical information<br><br>* Proficient in use of the Internet, HTML and MS Office tools<br><br>* Strategic in thinking and approach to influence buying decisions<br><br>* Proven negotiation & presentation skills with sales ability<br><br>* Self-motivation & drive for results; goal oriented<br><br>* Effective organizational/time management and follow-up skills<br><br>AutoReqId 17771BR]]></description>
