Job Description:
As an Infection Prevention Account Executive with Ecolab, you will promote our line of healthcare products including instrument care and surface disinfectants, surgical scrubs, antibacterial hand rinses and more. Main Responsibilities
· Introduce new product offerings to existing customers and prospect / cold call / network to obtain new business
· Cultivate relationships with customers through professional demeanor & strong interpersonal skills
· Partner with customers to implement best practices to fight hospital-acquired infections, the 4th leading cause of death in the US.
· Maintain flexibility to accommodate customers as needed
· Provide outstanding customer service by educating customers throughout the sales process
· Apply mechanical aptitude to install/repair dispensing systems & sterilization machines
Areas included in Market: Wisconsin (not including Chicago/Milwaukee Area), Duluth, Minnesota and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
Cities/Area the Candidate Must Reside In: Central / Eastern Wisconsin
Overnight Travel Per Month: 5-6
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree required
· A minimum of 2 years commercial (business to business) sales experience required
· A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years)
· No Immigration Sponsorship Available
Preferred Qualifications:
· 2 + years of healthcare or medical sales experience preferred
· Hospital sales experience preferred
· Proven negotiation & presentation expertise
· Demonstrated relationship management & consulting abilities
· Effective organizational/time management skills
· Problem-solving ability to devise customer solutions
· Self-motivation & drive for results
