Ecolab's Healthcare Division has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Corporate Accounts Manager in our healthcare market in the Dallas, TX Area .
Main Responsibilities:
·You will be responsible for establishing, growing, and managing new and existing health system customers.
·Reporting to Corporate Accounts leadership, you will be responsible for learning our customers' operations, understanding their challenges and providing infection prevention solutions to meet their needs.
·You will continue to identify business needs and opportunities, as well as develop and implement customized solutions for our customers.
·Responsible for developing key relationships in the health system accounts.
·Must attend business and social events in support of customer relationships.
Basic Qualifications:
·Bachelors or Masters Degree
·5 years healthcare/medical sales experience
·2 years corporate or national accounts experience
·No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity
·Minimum of 75% travel, averaging one out of five weeks for office time
Preferred Qualifications:
·Experience calling on health systems and/or IDN Supply Chain
·Conceptual sales skills (desire / ability to sell a concept, in addition to a tangible product)
·Demonstated ability to build collaborative teams (across regions, functions and businesses)
·Fiancial and analytical skills, with the understanding P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns
·A desire to provide tangible and intangible solutions to meet customer financial and system needs
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Excellent organization and follow-up skills
·A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
·A company vehicle will be provided as part of your total compensation package.
